Beachchairs are a very comfortable way to relax and enjoy. This outdoor furniture was invented in Germany about 140 years ago. The inventer was asked to build a "seating accomodation for the beach as well as to protect against too much sun and wind" He did a great job by inventing the first "Strandkorb" which is the German word for Beachchair.

Since that time the Beachchair has conquered German and European beaches. Because of their durability and comfort, Beachchairs are still the most popular outdoor furniture.
